Bonnet Complete
With Louvers pressed into the Bonnet the body is nearly complete, just bonnet catches and hinges to go

Body Assembly
Curved louver tool worked well with a great result as can be seen in the bonnet Pic, Inner body section riveted in place and beetle back riveted in place all fit nicely ... all thats left to do is bonnet hinge and catches, and polish the hell out of it , then onto the Mechanicals cheers Peter

Curved Louver Blurb
I wanted louvers in my bonnet, my bonnet is curved.... so I made a curved tool to help keep the shape in the bonnet... Ive made a few samples just now need to make a press big enough to accommodate the bonnet cheers Peter

So the final assembly of the Pemby floor and body side panels begins.
Pic 1&2: Install floor and curved side brackets , these provide a little shape the sides of the car.
Pic 3: Weld Sides Together at Rear.
Pic 4: Polish rivet lines as they can't be effectively done once the rivets are in place.
Pic 5&6: Install Clecos to ensure all is fitted correctly , now to Sicaflex Panels and final riveting.
